The role provides flexibility in days and hours, with a structure designed to balance work with wellbeing, including mental health days and time for administrative tasks. About the role Work across the lifespan or with a varied paediatric caseload of developmental delays and/or disabilities Services include articulation, expressive/receptive language, early language development Literacy, social skills, fluency, stuttering and feeding/swallowing difficulties Clinic-based role however opportunity to do local school visits if desired 45-minute sessions with 15 minutes at the end for progress notes Most clinicians see 4-5 clients per day On offer A competitive salary package ranging from $80,000 to $130,000 including superannuation, depending on experience A dynamic team culture with regular team-building activities such as ten-pin bowling, paint and sip, and escape rooms.
